Im in SF for the weekend, about to get another sitting on my backpiece... Im nervous and anxious as always... I gotta think of another way to stay calm and relaxed... Wish me luck!!

Been almost a year... whoops!

Well, Im still on tour with Shinedown.... Still taking classes in holistic health.... Things are still crazy as always. Im gonna try and post on here more regularly.

Still on Tour

We're in Canada... things have been good, just super busy... Europe was a little intense... I was sick the whole time with a cough I couldn't get rid of... Im master cleansing again right now, and Im about a week into it. I want to do it for another week, but we will see how it goes being on tour. It's definitely harder, but its going pretty well. Im still in that school online, and thats been good too. I've got a lot of reading to do in the next week to study for the final exam, and Im a little nervous about that, but hopefully I'll do ok... The next class Im taking is holistic nutrition and that starts mid August.

There's only one more show in Canada after today and then we get back to the US on tour with Staind for the rest of the summer. Here's our dates through August.

back out on tour

Busy, Busy, Busy, Busy

Hellooooo San Franciscooooo!

Ive been here for about a week so far, and its been beautiful!  I spent Easter with LeAnne's family, then on Monday got my back tattooed for about 2 1/2 hrs.  Im still a bit sore, but cant wait to get another sitting in!  Tim leaves next week for Europe so Im just crossing my fingers that he can squeeze me in again before he leaves.  

My flight for the next tour is being booked and that starts May 1st in Alabama and we have all new merch ready to go! Im super stoked!

I really am terrible with this... but the tour went really well.  Shinedown are keeping me with them and the next tour starts May 1st.  Im not going to be with Mastodon on their tours which is a bummer but Shinedown are good dudes and they gave me an offer that I would be stupid to pass up.  We had 3 days in NYC and I met a lot of people from the label and management that seem to be happy with what Ive been doing.  Im in CT right now, I'm on my 4th/5th week of that online school and its going really well.  A lot of it I already knew just from my own research and reading but its awesome the way they present it so it stays in my memory better.  Im going to San Francisco again on Saturday to get my back worked on some more... Im not sure how long Im gonna be there but it should be a good time :)
